Authors can alternatively send us URIs of the above files, if they are made accessible via WWW.
We strongly ask the authors to embed all of the necessary fonts into the pdf file in order to avoid possible printing problems regarding fonts.
Submission [after] IW-SMI2009
Authors are expected to submit an updated version reflecting discussion at the Workshop and referees' comments. The final version will be published in a volume of JPCS. More details will be announced later here.
Preparation of paper: Style, format, etc.
Since the papers will be published in JPCS, we ask the authors to adhere to the style requirement of JPCS. See the JPCS Guidelines for Authors page for details.
LaTeX2e users: A zipped package of style files and guidelines is here. We appreciate use of iwsmihead.sty on top of the JPCS class file jpconf.cls with the command "\usepackage{iwsmihead}". It will produce a page heading on the first page, which is appropriate for the "before" version. In preparing the "after" version, simply commenting out the command will remove the heading.
Word users: A zipped package of a template file and guidelines is here. We appreciate use of the template iwsmiA4paper.dot in place of the JPCS Word template jpconfA4paper.dot. A page heading will be produced on the first page, which is appropriate for the "before" version. In preparing the "after" version, you should remove the header manually.
